1. Verify locally
We start with local identity, vehicle or listing details, union/stand association where applicable, and the exact services a seller wants to offer.
2. Match to demand
Waitlist signals show where riders are asking for service. Drivers do not need to wait blindly for rides in corridors with no proven demand.
3. Pay direct
Riders pay by UPI, QR or cash directly to the driver. Himsafar stays the coordination layer and does not hold ride money.
4. Expand services
A seller can start with cabs and later add shared seats, rentals, luggage assist, activities, homestays, events, trips or packages where it makes sense.

The training programme is still being designed. These are the four practical modules proposed for the pilot and will be adapted with tourism, skilling and local operating partners.
Create a service travellers understand
Define what is included, duration, meeting point, capacity, preparation, exclusions and a fair price.
Document safety and permissions
Identify the licence, permit, insurance, identity or local approval needed for the service category.
Host and communicate well
Set expectations, confirm availability, prepare for language differences and handle weather-led changes responsibly.
Improve through verified feedback
Use completed-service reviews and support cases to strengthen the listing, not vanity ratings before launch.
