1. Pre-launch status
Himsafar is a pre-launch travel technology project. The website explains a proposed marketplace for mobility and curated local tourism services, collects demand and local partner interest, and provides indicative destination and pricing information. A page, listing, route, fare or call to action does not mean that a service is live unless it is expressly marked available for booking.
2. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the forms. Live bookings, provider onboarding and mobile applications may require additional terms before those services open.
3. Waitlist and contact submissions
A waitlist submission is an expression of interest. It does not create a booking, guarantee access, reserve capacity, establish a partnership or oblige Himsafar to launch a route or category. You must provide accurate information and may request removal through the contact page.
4. Indicative information
Prices, distances, travel times, weather, routes, availability, safety features and service descriptions may be estimates, samples or planned capabilities. Conditions in mountain regions can change quickly. Verify current road, weather, permit and operator information before travel.
5. Local partners and third parties
Drivers, hosts, guides, activity operators and other future providers may operate independently and remain responsible for licences, permits, insurance, safety, taxes, service accuracy and fulfilment. Himsafar will publish the applicable marketplace role and verification model before live transactions begin.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use Himsafar branding without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Himsafar name, brand assets, interface, copy and original content belong to their respective owner or licensor. Destination facts and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and attribution requirements.
8. No government endorsement
Discussion of policies, schemes, departments or possible collaboration does not mean Himsafar is approved, funded or endorsed by any government body. A relationship will be claimed only after written confirmation.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Himsafar is not liable for decisions made solely from indicative content, third-party failures, changing travel conditions or services that are not yet live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes, law and contact
These terms may change as the legal entity, product and operating model are finalised. Material changes will be dated. Indian law applies; the intended operating base is Himachal Pradesh, subject to applicable consumer jurisdiction. Questions or grievances can be sent through the contact page.
