How it works

Four taps from route idea to launch access

Preview a fair, transparent ride now, then join the first pool of customers for launch. Your signup is the demand signal that helps us decide where to open, which drivers to onboard and which local experiences deserve support first.

Step 1

Search any place

Pickup and drop across curated HP towns, landmarks, airports and railheads. In-station or out-station is auto-detected with a "from ₹" quote.

Step 2

Pick how you ride

Point-to-point, a single shared seat (≈45% off), a full cab, or an hourly rental. The fare is preset by km — no surge.

Step 3

Join the launch pool

Drop your phone number to enter the first customer pool for your town or route. Early riders get access before the wider rollout.

Step 4

Pay the driver direct

When rides open, UPI, QR or cash goes straight to the driver. HimSafar does not hold rider money.

What your signup tells us

The waitlist is how we avoid a fake “available everywhere” launch

Route demand

A signup from Gaggal to McLeod Ganj tells us something different from Chandigarh to Manali. We use that route signal to prioritize driver onboarding.

Service preference

Some people want a private cab, some want one shared seat, and some want a day rental. The waitlist helps us understand the product mix before launch.

Launch sequencing

Instead of opening everywhere badly, we open the places where customer support, seller supply and operational confidence meet.

The promises we lock

Fair by design

No surge, ever

Preset km-based fares. The price you see is the price you pay.

0% commission

Drivers keep 100% of every fare. Free for riders and drivers at launch.

Union-verified

Every driver is verified through their local taxi union — trust, not replacement.

Ecosystem-first

Rides, activities and experiences in one app — not a cab front-door, not an OTA.

Himachal ka Humsafar

We are building this for travellers and local sellers.

Customer signups prove demand. Seller signups prove supply: taxis, bike taxis, parcel trucks, events, experiences, homestays, trips and packages.
