Cancellation & refund policy

The public Himsafar website does not currently accept booking payments. Therefore, there is no paid website booking to cancel or refund as of the effective date.

1. Waitlist withdrawal

You may withdraw from the customer or local partner waitlist through the contact page. Include the phone number or email used to join so the record can be located. Withdrawal is free.

2. No current booking payment

Fare previews, sample prices, route support and waitlist forms do not create a paid booking. Himsafar should never ask you to pay through the public website until a service is explicitly marked live and a final checkout policy is displayed.

3. Future ride cancellations

Before rides open, Himsafar will publish cancellation windows, driver-arrival rules, no-show handling, weather and road-closure treatment, direct-payment disputes and any permitted cancellation fee. A fee will not be charged merely because a person joined the waitlist.

4. Future stays, activities and experiences

Each category may require a different cancellation schedule because hosts reserve time, capacity, materials or accommodation. The listing and checkout will show the provider’s applicable terms before confirmation, including treatment of provider cancellation and unsafe weather.

5. Provider cancellation

When live services begin, a provider who cannot fulfil a confirmed service must notify the customer promptly through the approved process. Himsafar may help with alternatives and apply account consequences under the final partner terms.

6. Road, weather and safety changes

Mountain travel may be affected by landslides, snow, rain, closures, permit restrictions and official advice. Safety-led changes should take priority over fulfilment. The live category policy will explain rescheduling, cancellation and any refund depending on who collected the payment.

7. Refund method and timing

For rides designed around direct driver payment, the final dispute and refund responsibility must reflect who received the money. If Himsafar later collects payment for another category, the checkout will state the refund method and expected timeline.
